The thesis

Our Method

Instagram does not distribute what people like. It distributes what people send. Sends per reach — SPR — is the signal weighted most heavily when the platform decides whether a reel stays inside your follower base or gets pushed to strangers.

We came out of social media strategy before we came out of travel. That background is the whole product: every hotel reel we script, shoot and cut is engineered around a reason to hit the send button — a place worth tagging a friend in, not a place worth admiring alone.

Pretty photos accumulate likes. Sendable content accumulates bookings.

The formula

Sends

Accounts Reached

= SPR. The one number we optimise before views, likes or followers.

Distribution funnel

Step 01

Seed Tranche

The first small audience slice decides everything. We build the opening three seconds for them.

Step 02

Gate

Sends per reach clears the threshold, or distribution stops. This is the metric we design against.

Step 03

Expansion

Clearing the gate pushes the reel into cold audiences well beyond the follower base.

Step 04

Compounding

Each expansion round re-tests the same signal, stacking reach for days rather than hours.

Where We're Headed

No invented case studies here. This is what is actually on the table right now — the properties in conversation and the shape of collaboration we are building toward. As partnerships close, each block below becomes a real case study with real numbers attached.

In conversation

Boutique Coastal Properties

Independent seaside hotels in Southern Europe — multi-night hosted stays with a three-reel deliverable.

In conversation

Design-Led City Stays

Architecture-forward urban properties where the room itself is the hook worth sending.

Longer-Form Partnerships

Season-long retainers rather than one-off posts, so the SPR data compounds across a property's calendar.

Who we are

About Us

Richard and Maggie on a rocky shoreline at golden hour

We are Richard and Maggie — a couple who spent years inside social media strategy before pointing a camera at hotels.

Richard built and ran automation & AI systems for brands where distribution was the entire job: understanding which signals a platform rewards, and building creative around them rather than hoping for reach. Maggie grew @magstar2626 from nothing into a catalogue with over 12 million views in her first year by testing the same principles daily, at speed.

Travel is where those two things finally met. Hotels are inherently sendable — a room, a view, a moment worth tagging someone in — but most hotel content is made to be admired rather than shared. We came into travel content to fix that gap, and we treat every property we work with as a distribution problem first and a photoshoot second.
